Hello and welcome to my blog,

In this blog I will tell you a lot about myself, but not too much. I will start with this: my name is Hannah. 23 beautiful years I have been bouncing on the face of the earth. Most literally, too. Because when I was 10 months my parents lost me. Where was I? At the top of the stairs.. One thing that made me find my calm, thank goodness, was the red swing that my parents attached to the ceiling in the middle of the living room. Now I don't fit in that swing anymore, I found other things that bring me peace =)

I live in beautiful Leeuwarden, in the north of The Netherlands. I am in love with the English language, writing, singing, laughing, food, hand lettering, books, my boyfriend, my sisters, photography, makeup and more! 

On this blog you will read about me, my life, my hobbies. You might think: 'Why would I want to read about that?' Well, one of my goals is to just show you a different perspective on life. And by reading one of my posts it might just do so. I believe in a God that gives hope. You don't have to believe in that same God, I just wish for you to find some hope here, when you need it.

I am studying to become an English as a second language teacher at the moment. As this takes up a rather large portion of my existence, you will probably read about that too, as well as my love for all of the things. 

So, I hope you enjoy. I hope you find what you are looking for. I hope I can be your friend.

Hallo en welkom op mijn blog,

Op dit blog zal ik je veel over mijzelf vertellen, maar niet te veel. Ik zal hier mee beginnen: mijn naam is Hannah. 23 prachtige jaren stuiter ik al op deze aarde rond. Letterlijk. Toen ik 10 maanden was

Heyhihello, ik ben Hannah. alweer 22 prachtige jaren spring ik op deze aarde rond. Bijna letterlijk ook, want bij 10 maanden waren ze me kwijt. Waar was Hannah? Boven aan de trap. Een ding wat mijn geweldig rustig maakte, tot grote blijdschap van mij ouders, was een rode schommel die ze in de kamer hadden hangen. Ik kwam helemaal tot rust in dat ding.
Ik ben een fascinerend persoon, die fantastisch ingewikkeld in elkaar zit.
Ik hou van mensen. Heel erg veel. Alle soorten mensen. Gekke mensen, kleine mensen, dikke mensen, vreemde mensen, lachende mensen, huilende mensen, allerlei mensen. Ik hou er van om te schrijven. Ik hou van God! Ik hou van de taal engels. En ik wil graag Jezus volgen en me helemaal aan Hem geven.

De volgende woorden zijn een soort naald en draad die mijn leven aan elkaar knopen.
